I’ve got a colour fest for you all today!! Cathy and Andy’s amazing wedding at Coombe Lodge was an absolute joy to photograph. Not just because there was so much colour and amazing decor everywhere, but also because I’ve known them for years and it felt extra special to be a part of their wedding day. Coombe Lodge is a venue I love and know really well, and it’s always nice to be back there shooting. It’s an amazing looking venue but also the team there are super lovely. So I was pretty excited before I even arrived – but as soon as I walked in and saw some of the amazing, vibrant decorations I knew it was going to be a day to remember. It was also the middle of a heatwave… I think this was technically the hottest day, ever. And boy did it feel it!! The outdoor ceremony was a little on the warm side but thankfully there were ice creams for the guests to cool off with afterwards. We had an amazing day with some incredible light too. All in all you couldn’t really ask for anything more from a wedding day at Coombe Lodge. Enjoy! x
