Fresh up on the blog today is … *drumroll* Hannah and Andy’s wedding at Oxleaze Barn!
I’d not photographed a wedding at Oxleaze Barn before and it was really great to get the chance to see it last year on Hannah and Andy’s beautiful wedding day. I often work at unfamiliar venues and it’s always really creatively inspiring to work in new places along side those I already know and love. I kicked off the day in a beautiful Oxfordshire cottage where the girls were getting ready upstairs and the guys were hopelessly trying to tie windsor knots downstairs. I’d already met Hannah and Andy at their engagement shoot on Minchinhampton Common and it was lovely to see them again and meet their friends and family while everyone was getting ready.
The morning progressed and before we knew it we were at the barn and Andy was greeting everyone and remaining pretty calm, on the surface at least. Hannah arrived (in an awesome Morris Minor) and then, probably before they knew it, they were married. It’s amazing how fast the ceremony goes when you’re the one stood up at the front saying I do :)
Anyway, I’ll leave you to guess what happened next and to enjoy the photographs.
