Morning folks! A lovely preview from a great day last week at The Swan in Streatley with Jess and James. We only met on Wednesday, as Jess and James live down under, and then they were married on Friday. It was a glorious day and the drive back from the church, meandering through the countryside on a red double decker, was wonderful. The Swan, perched on the banks of the Thames, made for a fantastic reception venue and the meeting of English and Australian families meant lots of (mostly) good-natured cricket jokes followed :)
I have to say, I witnessed what were possibly some of the most emotional speeches yet. The picture of Jess and James, giving a joint speech but unable to stand and look at each other because it made them well up, is a personal favourite. Congratulations guys, have a wonderful honeymoon!
