It’s hard to know where to begin with this one! I met lucy + patrick through some mutual friends and have been looking forward to their wedding a lot. I went up to London a couple of months ago to have a look around Home House with Lucy and to talk through some of the wedding details. It was a lovely day and we sat and had a coffee afterwards and Lucy talked about her and Patrick’s plan for their honeymoon and life in general. It definitely gave me itchy feet hearing about their adventures in various places around the world. And so here we are… they’re now married, off travelling again (on an adventurous honeymoon) and so I wanted to do a quick preview post to show you some of the pictures from the day. I do love weddings in London – there’s something about getting a black cab to a registry office, or seeing the landmarks out of the windows or just the general buzz of the city, that I really enjoy.

These are great, everyone seems so carefree and relaxed in not just the journalistic images but also your portraits, you seem to have a real knack for making people comfortable in front of the camera, very very well done
What a gorgeous set. Any couples on here thinking about using Sam for your own wedding you should definitely go for it- we were so happy with our pictures (Helen and Ben, Clevedon Hall) and Sam was amazing on the day. We could not recommend him highly enough.
I have to 110% agree with Helen, Sam is super-talented and we really couldn’t have been more pleased with all our lovely pictures from the day. We’ve just returned from our honeymoon and it’s so nice to have something to brighten up our otherwise grey return to London now we have all the photos to look through.

These are a great series of images, Sam. I really like the “moving” one with the couple and guests walking along the street – and the red London bus going across – how cool is that!
